- All Dental licenses are on a three-year cycle; licenses are renewed every three years.
- Complete renewal application
- Pay required fees
- Complete required (Dentists – 60 hours, Dental Hygienists – 45 hours, and Dental Assistants – 30 hours) hours of continuing education
- Proof of current BLS or CPR
- Completed a course in infection control (mandatory requirement).
AGD PACE Approval: Biologix Solutions LLC is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership, and membership maintenance credit.
