Bloodborne Pathogens & Infection Prevention: 6 Customized Modules

Bloodborne Pathogens & Infection Prevention Training course (first time trainee and annual refresher) as required by OSHA. This training provides a comprehensive review of bloodborne pathogen exposure control principles, practices, and requirements as required by the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030. This training is required for all personnel who work with human blood or blood products or human tissues, fluids, or cells that are considered other potentially infectious materials as defined by OSHA. Six Customized Modules: Tattooing & Piercing Artists (Nationally Accredited), Doulas & Placenta Encapsulators, Healthcare & Laboratory Workers, Schools & Childcare Centers, & General Workpace.

CPR for Adults, Children & Infants
This course is designed for the general public and follows latest 2010 guidelines provided by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Emergency Cardiovascular Circulation (ECC), and the 2005 International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). In this training we cover the steps of CPR for Adults, Children (1 to 8 years age), and Infants (less than twelve months). This course follows the American Heart Association’s most recent (2010) guidelines. The video demonstration walks you through the CPR procedure, step by step. You can also play the demonstration video over and over, anytime you like!

First Aid : Basic Course
This course teaches how to initially respond to an accident or injury at work place, and become aware of first aid guidelines and Good Practices, and be able to properly treat injuries and respond to emergencies until such time as the victim gets proper medical attention. Our First Aid course adheres to the same guidelines as set forth in the American Heart Association’s “Heartsaver First Aid Course”. This section of our on-line course will introduce you to a number of common emergency situations and their respective First Aid responses. A quiz at the end of the section can be used to gauge how well you’ve retained what you read.
