Please read below instructions before contacting us. Emails are answered periodically through out the day.
Add to safe senders list: Be sure to add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts or address book or safe senders list to avoid emails going into spam/junk folder. Your training link and course completion certificates will be sent from one of this email address.
Training Links (You will receive everything by email. There is No Login required): After a successful transaction, our system automatically send out email with training link to access courses. If you do not find an email with subject “Purchase Receipt & Training Link” in inbox, please be sure to check spam/junk folder before sending an email to email@example.com requesting a new link.
If you did not see a successful transaction page, that means your payment did not go through due to incomplete or incorrect information on the sign up page and you were brought back to the sign up page.
Course Completion Certificates: Printable (PDF) course completion certificates are sent by email within few hours (within 24 hours) of course completion. If it has been over 24 hours since you have completed course and have not received email with certificate (please check inbox/spam/junk folder), please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your information and we will be happy to reply back with your course completion certificate.
Incorrect Name on Course Completion Certificate: Please note that your course completion certificate is generated automatically by the system using the information entered by you at time of taking the quiz. We do not generate certificate manually. If your name is not correctly spelled on the certificate that means you entered your name that way before taking the quiz. To get certificate corrected, you have to re-take quiz using the same training link provided by email after signup and make sure that your name is correctly spelled to be printed on the certificate.
AOL/Comcast email users: Please check your spam/junk folder before sending any request. AOL/Comcast is known to send emails with attachment or links in spam/junk folder or even block it.
Credit/Debit Card Payment NOT go through? These could be some of the reasons why your payment didn’t go through:
- Your card issuer might be having technical issues that prevent us from requesting an authorization on your card.
- Your card issuer might block the payment for security reason as it doesn’t fit your regular spending pattern.
- Your card is not activated for online payments.
- There could be a sending limit on your card that has been exceeded.
- The network you’re using to make the payment is not secure or unstable.

Online courses are non-refundable: Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed: Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at email@example.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request.
