Training Links (Downloadable Items): If you just signed up for the online training and have not received automated system generated email with training link (Reasons: Either you provided incorrect email address OR sometimes email with automated system generated training link may be caught by email filters or rejected by recipient’s email server, so please be sure to check the Bulk/Junk/Spam folders of your email accounts as well) in your email account, please contact us by email and we will be happy to reply back with training link for you to access the course.

Course Completion Certificates: Printable (PDF) course completion certificates are sent by email within few hours (within 24 hours) of score submission. If it has been over 24 hours since you have submitted your score, please send us an email with your information and we will be happy to reply back with your course completion certificate.

AOL email users: Please check your spam/junk folder before sending any request. AOL is known to send emails with attachment or links in spam/junk folder.

Credit/Debit Card Payment not go through? These could be some of the reasons why your payment didn’t go through:

  • Your card issuer might be having technical issues that prevent us from requesting an authorization on your card.
  • Your card issuer might block the payment for security reason as it doesn’t fit your regular spending pattern.
  • Your card is not activated for online payments.
  • There could be a sending limit on your card that has been exceeded.
  • The network you’re using to make the payment is not secure or unstable.

Refund Policy:

Online courses are non-refundable: Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.

Exchange Allowed: Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.

Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
