Description

Odontogenic jaw tumors and cysts originate from cells and tissues involved in normal tooth development. Other tumors that affect the jaws can be nonodontogenic, meaning they can develop from other tissues within the jaws that are unrelated to the teeth, such as bone or soft tissue cells. The Odontogenic Cysts and Tumors continuing education course provides an in-depth review of the clinical presentation, histopathology, differential diagnosis, and treatment approaches to various odontogenic cysts and tumors.
