My name is spelled incorrectly on the certificate. How can i fix it?

Please note that your course completion certificate is generated automatically by the system using the information entered by you at time of taking the quiz. We do not generate certificate manually. If your name is not correctly spelled on the certificate that means you entered your name that way before taking the quiz. To get certificate corrected, you have to re-take quiz using the same training link provided by email after signup and make sure that your name is correctly spelled to be printed on the certificate.

Do you offer LIVE CE?

We DO NOT offer LIVE CE courses. All courses are online independent self-study courses (qualifies as online courses or home study courses).

How do i Renew Certificate?

To renew your certificate (expired or expiring soon), just sign up for the same course and complete it to get new certificate. Bloodborne Pathogens certificate is good for one year and must be done every year. Continuing education and mandatory course certificates are good for the licensing period (varies from State to State). If you have any questions, please contact your State licensing agency about the most current requirement for your profession.

How credit card charge will appear on my card statement?

Your credit card charge will appear as  " BIOLOGIX SOLUTIONS "  or " BLXTRAINING " Warning: If you dispute charge as an unauthorized with your credit card company, you will be responsible to pay chargeback fee + course fee to access course and receive course completion certificate. If you have already accessed the course and receive the certificate, we will cancel the certificate and notify respective state/local licensing authorities of cancellation of certificate/credit and also remove reported credit to the State licensing board.

How secure is the Biologix Solutions’s website payment processing?

Biologix Solutions uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. SSL protocol is the industry's accepted form of encryption and it provides the highest level of protection possible for Internet communications. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is secured from your personal computer / mobile device. If you have trouble purchasing securely at our website, then you may be behind a firewall or using a proxy server that doesn't allow for secure transactions. If that is the case, then you may phone your order.

Why won’t my payment go through?

There are several reasons a payment may not go through. To help protect your account, our credit card processor (PayPal) uses a complex screening process for payments. This helps prevent lost or stolen financial information from being used for unauthorized transactions. Occasionally, payments that don’t go through could be tied to a specific issue with your bank or card. Contact your bank or card issuer to figure out why the payment is not going through.

Do I need Login ID and Password?

NO, you do not need login ID and Password. You do not need to create an account to access course/s. Your course access link comes to you by email provided with participant registration information. Please check your email (including spam/junk folder) for downloadable training link. All courses are 100% online and you will receive everything by email.

Do I need to be connected with internet all the time while taking course?

Yes, your PC/Mac/Mobile device must always be connected with Internet while taking the course. Your personal information with test score is recorded in real-time and transmitted automatically upon completion in to our score recording system. Your score will not be recorded if you are not connected with Internet.

Can I access training course on my iPad / iPhone / Mobile Devices?

Yes. Most courses (except Florida Tattoo & LA Tattoo course that requires student verification system needs to completed in a single sitting on regular computer) are accessible on almost all platforms / browser / devices (e.g., iPad/iPhone, Android Tablets/Phone, MAC, Windows PC). If you have any trouble accessing on your device, please feel free to contact us.

Where is my course completion certificate?

In most cases, your printable course completion certificate arrives by email within 24 hours of successful completion of course and test. If your score comes without personal information (required to begin the test), system will not be able to match it with the student registration database, and no certificate will be issued. Common reasons for not receiving certificate:
  • Incorrect email provided with the test score.
  • Email address is not matching with the student registration database.
  • Score submitted without personal information (required to begin test)
  • Spam/Junk Filter: Strong privacy setting blocks automated email with attachment.
When to contact: If you have not received your certificate within 24 hours, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us. Please send email ( with your information (Name, Email, Course Completed, Completion Date etc.), for us to retrieve your score from the system and issue course completion certificate.

Do you offer courses through other website/providers?

No. We do not offer courses through any other providers/website.

Where is my training link? I just signed up for the course.

Your training/course access link comes to you by email provided with participant registration at the checkout. The reason for not receiving training link email is due to incorrect email or email was block/moved in junk/spam filter. If you do not find email with training link, please feel free to send us an email at requesting new link.

How long do you keep training records?

We keep training records and course completion certificate for four years. We will provide documentation in case if you get audited by the licensing agency. If you loose your course completion certificate, we will send you the certificate (PDF by email) at no-cost.

Do you report to CE Broker?

Yes. We automatically report the course completions to the the CE Broker system. You must provide valid license number with your test score submission (e.g., RN12345676, with pre-fix) for us to report course credits automatically in CE Broker System. Important: If you provide incorrect/incomplete license number, CEBroker system will reject the electronic submission and no credit will show up in your account. We report credit in CEBroker system usually within 24 hours of completion (CEBroker allows credit to be posted within 90 days of completion).

What are the mandatory CE requirements for nurses with a Florida license?

If you are a Florida licensed nursing/other professionals or applying for Florida license, you are required to get mandatory continuing education courses. Please check license specific requirements by visiting respecting licensing board's website.  Information regarding mandated requirements can be found on the Florida Board of Nursing website. How long do your courses / contact hours take to finish?

Each course has approved CE or contact hours assigned to it. Nursing courses are designed to take 60 minutes per contact hour to complete. After you have completed training and test, you will receive a printable course completion certificate (PDF) by email. If you are a Florida or District of Columbia nursing professionals, you will be asked to submit required information to report CE hours in CE Broker System.

Can I take your courses if I’m not a nurse/nursing professional?

Yes. Our courses are available to anyone, including students, caregivers, healthcare professionals of any designation, and the general public who are interested in the topics we offer.

I don’t have my license yet. Can I take your courses?

Yes. All of our Certificates of Completion include accreditation and approval statements specific to the Biologix Solutions LLC course you take, and the course may meet initial licensure requirements. Please check with your licensing agency to confirm acceptability if you are taking the course for this purpose.

Are your courses approved for all types of nursing licenses?

Yes. Our courses are applicable for licensed nursing professionals (RNs, LPN/LVNs, APNs, CNAs), critical care nurses, nurse practitioners, and advanced practice nurses in all states. We are an accredited provider of continuing education by California, Florida, District of Columbia Nursing Boards, and Many Health Departments (Washington State and New York State Department of Health). We strongly encourage you to check with your licensing agency to make sure that our courses are accepted for renewal.

Do your courses fullfil the CE requirements?

Yes. All courses are designed and developed on evidence-based information and undergoes a comprehensive editorial review process and are approved by the ANCC accredited Nursing Boards, Dental Boards and Health Departments. Our authors are physicians, healthcare practitioners, infectious disease epidemiologist, practicing nurses and writers who are knowledgeable, licensed and/or certified in their areas of expertise and they strive to present balanced, unbiased perspectives.

Are you nationally accredited?

Biologix Solutions LLC is a nationally accredited continuing education provider by various agencies. Our courses are approved by nationally recognized agencies/boards/regulatory authorities. Please visit the "Accreditation" section for the list of agencies. Our courses are accepted everywhere. We strongly encourage you to check with your local/state regulatory agency/employer about course requirements pertaining to your profession. Please feel free to ask questions via email or phone before purchasing the course.

How does online training work?

All of our courses are 100% online independent self-study courses, allow you to work at your own pace. All you need is a computer and internet connection.

Does your online course require an outside hands-on test/quiz, software etc.?

No software to install or maintain. Our interactive training includes step-by-step flash presentation training slides and video demonstrations (if available) that allow you to read course material at your own pace.  You will be required to take a test/quiz at the end of the course. Once you start the test, you must complete it in one setting for test score to be recorded for submission. You will receive printable (PDF) course completion certificate via email within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my certificate ?

Upon successful completion of training and test/quiz, you will receive a printable (PDF) course completion certificate within 24 hours via email. To provide the low cost training, we prefer that you print the certificate using home/office printer.

Can I finish course in more than one sitting?

Yes, all most all course can be completed in more than one sitting (except Florida tattoo, Florida piercers annual refresher and LA tattoo course, which has student verification system and must be completed in a single sitting to avoid getting locked out). Once you start taking a test/quiz, you must complete it for test/quiz score to be recorded for automatic submission.

What if I failed the test at the end of the course?

If failed the test, you can re-take the test/quiz again, until you pass (no extra cost). Remember that all the true/false and multiple-choice questions are pulled from the course material, so you can re-review the curriculum if you don't pass the first time. There are no additional fees or charges for reattempting the test/quiz.

What is your refund policy ?

Refund Policy: All Online Training Course Purchases Are Final and Non-Refundable.
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed: Participant will be allowed to exchange with other course of equivalent or lesser value, if course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange request must be received by email at No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request.
