Returns and Refunds (Policy):
All Online Training Course Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable
Online courses are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.
Exchange Allowed: Participants will be allowed to exchange with other courses of equivalent or lesser value, if the course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase. Exchange requests must be received by email at admin@blxtraining.com. No exchange will be granted if the request is more than 15 days after the purchase date.
Multiple payments for the same course: In case participants made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.7% transaction cost charged by the credit card processor per transaction.

Security: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss or unauthorized use of information under our control. Our shopping cart is run on a secure server.
Jurisdiction: The courts in Will County, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction on all disputes relating to the use of this website, and the ordering of goods and services.
